You'll get a faster, more useful reply if you tell us:
- Order questions: your order number and what you'd like to know
- Custom pieces: approximate dimensions, the surface it will sit on, preferred vessel and finish, moss style, and your timeline. Photographs of the space help enormously.
- Trade and commercial: your company, project type, quantity, budget range, and required delivery date
- Workshops: group size, preferred dates, location, and which project you'd like

How long until my order ships?
Production time and shipping time are separate — transit begins only after your piece is finished and shipped.
- Most made-to-order moss designs — handcrafted within 7–10 business days
- Preserved foliage and select ready-to-ship items — typically leave the studio within 2–3 business days
- Concrete designs — may require 10–14 business days for curing
Custom work runs longer depending on scale — we'll confirm your timeline before you commit.
Does the moss need watering?
No. Our moss is real and preserved — no watering, no sunlight, no pruning. Indoor display only, away from direct sun and moisture.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Retain all original packaging and send clear photographs of the item, shipping box, packing materials, and shipping label. All shipments are insured, and we'll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rates are calculated at checkout, and duties and import taxes are collected there too, so there are no surprises on delivery.
Can you match a specific stain or moss color?
Usually. Send a photograph or a sample reference and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
