Custom Moss Designs
Every piece we make begins as a conversation. If you have a space in mind and nothing off the shelf quite fits it, we can design and build to your dimensions.
What We Create
- Custom-size centerpieces — dining tables, consoles, mantels, conference tables. We regularly build from 12 inches to 60 inches, and we have gone longer.
- Moss wall art — round, rectangular, and multi-panel arrangements
- Logo and monogram moss art — shaped moss set into a framed panel
- Vessel matching — if you have a bowl, trough, or planter you love, we can moss it
Your Options
Vessels
Paulownia and teak wood, hand-carved dough bowls, aluminum boats and troughs, concrete, ceramic, and resin. Wood can be left unfinished or stained black, dark walnut, antique white, gray, or mahogany.
Moss
Dark green mood moss, light green pole moss, reindeer moss, and mixed or variated blends. Mixed moss adds depth and movement; a single moss reads quieter and more architectural.
Accents
Preserved foliage, driftwood, river stones, and crystals can be worked into any design.

These are guides, not quotes. Final pricing depends on size, vessel, and complexity.
Lead Times
- Custom centerpieces: 2–3 weeks from design approval
- Wall art: 3–4 weeks
- Large installations and logo work: 4–6 weeks
Lead times run from design approval and are separate from carrier transit time, which begins once your piece ships.
If you are working to a fixed date — an event, an install, a photoshoot — tell us early and we will confirm whether it is achievable before you commit.
How It Works
- Tell us about the space. Dimensions, the surface it will sit on, the light it gets, and the feeling you are after. Photographs help enormously.
- We propose a design. Vessel, moss, finish, size, and price.
- You approve. Nothing is made until you are happy with the plan.
- We build it. Every piece is made by hand in our Sonoma County studio.
- We pack and ship it insured. Larger pieces are crated.

- All moss is real and preserved — no watering, no sunlight, no pruning
- Designed for indoor display
- Moss color, wood grain, and arrangement vary naturally from piece to piece
- Custom pieces are made to order and are not returnable
