Mobile moss art workshops for private parties, corporate groups, wineries, team building, birthdays, girls' nights, children's parties, and community events.
You provide the space, tables, and chairs. We bring everything else — materials, instruction, setup, and cleanup. Every guest leaves with a finished piece.
No experience needed. Moss is forgiving, and there's no wrong way to arrange it.

One Project Per Event
Each workshop is built around a single project. You choose which when you book, and everyone makes the same piece.
That's deliberate — it keeps the group moving together, means one clear demonstration instead of several, and lets us bring the right materials in the right quantity.
Private Parties & Group Events
Minimum booking is 10 guests. Each price below covers your first 10, with a per-guest rate beyond that.

Which Project Suits Your Group?
- Kids' Mini Moss Art — scaled for children, shorter and simpler.
- Mini and standard Framed Moss Art — the most popular for adult groups. Guests build a framed panel to hang.
- Make Your Own Moss Bowl — the most forgiving, and a good choice for a mixed or first-time group. Everyone goes home with a 13" white concrete moss bowl.
- Premium Framed Moss Art — larger format, better frames, more moss varieties to work with.
- Seasonal Moss Wreath — holiday parties and seasonal celebrations.

Corporate & Team Building
From $1,000 for up to 10 participants.
Includes event planning, all materials, guided instruction, setup, cleanup, and a completed piece for every participant.
Custom pricing is available for branded projects, larger groups, premium vessels, custom frames, company colors, and personalized event signage.
Winery, Brewery, Restaurant & Venue Collaborations
Private hosted workshops from $795 for up to 10 guests, $79 each additional.
Ticketed public events from $79 per guest, depending on the project.
Food, wine, beer, sake, or other beverages can be sold separately by the venue, or built into a bundled ticket. We're happy to work either way.
Larger Groups
Above 15 guests an additional event assistant is usually needed:
- 16–25 guests — from $200
- 26–40 guests — from $350
- Over 40 guests — custom quote
Travel
Travel within 20 miles of Windsor, California is included with the minimum booking.
Additional travel fees may apply for extended Sonoma County, Napa, Marin, San Francisco, the East Bay, and beyond. Parking and tolls are added where they apply.
Format
- Group size: 10 guests minimum. Beyond 10 there's a per-guest charge, and an assistant is added above 15.
- Duration: roughly 90 minutes to two hours
- You provide: the space, tables, and chairs
- We provide: all materials, instruction, setup, and cleanup
- Finished pieces go home with guests the same day
Booking
A 50% non-refundable retainer reserves your date. Final guest count and the remaining balance are due 10 days before the event.
We recommend booking three to four weeks ahead, and earlier for holiday dates.
Pricing varies with the project, materials, group size, travel distance, venue, and any customization.

Good to Know
- All moss is real, preserved botanical material — no watering or upkeep once the piece is home
- Preserved moss has a mild natural scent for the first few days
- Finished pieces are for indoor display, away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Suitable for adults and older children; younger guests welcome with a helping adult
