Preserved Moss Arrangement – Maintenance free Natural Display in Gold or silver Vessel

Preserved moss in a long metallic aluminium vessel, gold or silver. The metal finish lifts it out of rustic territory — this one suits a polished room, a boardroom, or a hotel lobby.

The Design

A deep, generous vessel filled with preserved moss and mounded above the rim, so the moss has real volume rather than sitting flat. The metallic finish catches light and warms under lamps and candles.

• 48" long × 9.25" wide × 6.5" high

Both are deeper than our boat vessels, which is what gives the moss its height.

Uses

Dining tables, long consoles, reception desks, boardroom tables, and hotel and restaurant interiors. At 48" it reads as a statement piece; the 35" works on a standard six-seat table.

Care

• No watering, sunlight, or pruning required
• Indoor display only
• Keep out of direct sunlight and away from moisture — avoid bathrooms and other humid rooms
• Dust with a hairdryer on a low, cool setting
• Wipe the metal with a dry cloth only
• Typical display life is 5–10 years indoors

Preserved Moss vs Artificial

This is real moss that has been preserved, not a synthetic imitation. It keeps the texture, softness, and colour variation of living moss, but it doesn't grow and needs no water or light.

Handmade Variation

Each piece is filled by hand, so moss colour, density, and arrangement vary between pieces. Yours will not be identical to the photograph.

Natural Scent

Preserved moss carries a mild organic scent for the first days after unpacking. This is normal and fades. It is not a defect, and we don't accept returns on this basis.

If Something Arrives Damaged

Email wendy@rootsofearthco.com within 48 hours with photographs of the piece and the packaging, and keep the box. Shipments are insured and we will make it right.

Returns

Each piece is made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us — we would always rather fix it than leave you unhappy.
