Eight to ten years indoors with proper care. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from moisture and it will hold its color. Dust it occasionally with a hairdryer on a low, cool setting.

Preserved moss carries a mild, earthy scent for the first few days after unpacking. It's a normal result of the preservation process, it's harmless, and it fades. It isn't a defect.

No to both. Preserved moss is for indoor display only. Rain, humidity, and UV will damage it — which rules out patios, covered porches, and bathrooms with showers.

Production time and shipping time are separate — carrier transit begins once your piece is finished and shipped.

Most made-to-order moss designs are handcrafted within 7–10 business days. Preserved foliage and select ready-to-ship items typically leave the studio within 2–3 business days. Concrete designs may require 10–14 business days, as the concrete has to cure.

Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging and send clear photographs of the item, shipping box, packing materials, and shipping label. Every shipment is insured, and we'll replace or refund it.

Close, but not identical. Every piece is made by hand from natural materials, so moss color and texture, wood grain, and arrangement vary. We work to the same colors and materials — the small differences are what make it handmade rather than manufactured.
